Our commitments

Consulting access is limited.

Named engineers receive the access the work needs. We agree where systems run and which providers process information.

Brokerage requires a separate agreement.

Consulting does not authorize us to sell or license your data. We agree the dataset, permitted uses, and commercial terms before a brokerage transaction.

Sensitive information is reviewed.

We identify and remove or transform personal, business-identifying, and strategically sensitive information, and assess remaining disclosure risks before sharing.

Partnership terms are agreed together.

When a consulting solution becomes a separate product or business, equity and use of the original business’s information are agreed separately.
